In order to practice the gingerbread house, I bought a lot of Christmas-related molds on the Internet, and also defeated two Miffy rabbit molds that I wanted very much earlier. The three-dimensional model is different, and the feeling on the paper is immediately apparent, ha. In order to experience Miffy's invincible cuteness, I made this relatively simple cookie.

Miffy Bunny Cookies

1. Beat the butter with sugar until fluffy (you can use a whisk or directly on the chopping board to beat by hand)

2. Add eggs in portions and mix well

3. Then divide into 2 parts

4. 130 grams of flour sifted into one portion

5. Sift the other portion into 110 grams of flour and matcha powder

6. Mix into two kinds of dough

7. Cover with plastic wrap and chill and relax for 20 minutes, then take out and roll out a 0.5cm dough sheet; use Miffy rabbit biscuit molds to shape separately (sprinkle with coarse sugar on the top, or omit it), and put them on a baking tray lined with tin foil. 190 degrees, about 12 minutes in the middle
