Milk and Red Dates Porridge

1. Wash the rice and soak it for half an hour (this step must be done!! It will be more glutinous when cooked)

2. Prepare milk, red dates and appropriate amount of rock sugar;

3. Put water in the pot to boil, pour the washed rice into the pot and cook.

4. The porridge is cooked in about forty minutes

Pour out the porridge soup
6.
Add milk to the pot and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes on low heat.
7.
At the same time, add red dates and rock sugar.
