Weigh all materials for later use

The butter melts in water, add eggs to the butter and mix well

Continue to add whipped cream and mix well

Mix the low-gluten flour and powdered sugar, sieve and add to the egg mixture

Mix the synthetic dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 10 minutes

Roll out the dough into 3mm dough pieces

Preheat the oven 180°, the middle layer will fire up and down for 10 minutes
