Yesterday, I saw that there was still half a box of whipped cream in the refrigerator. I simply took it out and made crispy milk biscuits, and put them on my own hawthorn soup. It was called a cool, haha! Let’s share with you the method of the new biscuits. The amount below is to bake a plate and a half of biscuits.

Milk Biscuits

1. Weigh all materials for later use

2. The butter melts in water, add eggs to the butter and mix well

3. Continue to add whipped cream and mix well

4. Mix the low-gluten flour and powdered sugar, sieve and add to the egg mixture

5. Mix the synthetic dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax for 10 minutes

6. Roll out the dough into 3mm dough pieces

7. Use a knife to cut off the irregular edges and corners, then divide the dough into 2cm wide squares and place on the baking tray

8. Preheat the oven 180°, the middle layer will fire up and down for 10 minutes
