Milk Buns

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine and knead for 20 minutes to form a smooth dough

Put it in a warm place and send it to twice the size, the time depends on your indoor temperature

Put the dough in the bread machine and knead for 10 minutes to exhaust

Fill the steamer with water, put the shaped buns on the steamer, and ferment for 20 minutes.
5.
When it's done, boil in cold water, medium heat for 15 minutes, simmer for 5 minutes
Tips:
You can add less sugar if you like the unsweetened ones. I am not used to the unsweetened ones in the north.
