Milk Chocolate Pudding
1.
Take 150 grams of milk, add white sugar and heat until the sugar melts
2.
Gelatine tablets are soaked in ice water to soften
3.
Add 5 grams of soaked gelatine slices to the milk liquid, stir until the gelatine slices melt
4.
Pour into the mold, roughly half the amount of the mold, put it in the refrigerator
5.
Take the remaining 150 grams of milk and add chocolate
6.
Heat until the chocolate melts
7.
Add the remaining 5 grams of gelatine slices to the chocolate mixture
8.
Take out the coagulated milk-flavored pudding, continue to pour in the cool chocolate pudding liquid, continue to chill in the refrigerator until it is set
Tips:
1. The second layer of chocolate-flavored pudding should wait for the first layer of milk-flavored pudding to solidify before pour in, otherwise the two liquids will be mixed.
2. Cocoa powder can be used without chocolate, but I think the taste of chocolate is more intense.
