Milk Coconut Cake

Prepare raw materials.

Cut small pieces of gelatine and soak in cold water to soften.

Remove the soaked gelatin and drain it, add 50 grams of milk, put it in a microwave oven on high heat for 15 seconds, take it out and stir well until it is completely melted in the milk.

Put the mixture into a large bowl, add coconut milk and the remaining 100 grams of milk, and mix well.

Pour into a container and refrigerate for more than 4 hours to make it solidify.

Take the chilled cold cake out and cut into pieces, and coat it with a layer of coconut.
