Milk Cube Biscuits

Raw material preparation: 145g low-gluten flour, 15g formula milk powder, 15g egg liquid, 40g milk, 35g butter, 40g powdered sugar.

Butter softened to liquid state

Add 15g of beaten egg liquid and 40g of milk to the softened butter, stir and mix well

After mixing well, add powdered sugar and milk powder, continue to mix well

Add low-gluten flour and knead it directly into a smooth dough

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough into a 3mm thick cake

Use a knife to cut out a large rectangle in the middle of the dough, and the irregular dough with 4 more sides. Use a cookie cutter to press out small biscuits of various shapes.

Use a knife to cut the rectangular pastry in the middle into small squares about 1.8cm.

Arrange the cut biscuits evenly on the baking tray

You can go into the oven! The temperature is 180°C, put in the middle layer, and bake for about 9 minutes.
Tips:
The biscuits are slightly smaller, so be sure to keep an eye on them during the last few minutes of the baking process and don’t overbake them.
