Milk Custard

Prepare milk, eggs and sugar

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and beat

Whipped egg liquid

The evenly beaten egg liquid is sieved to filter out bubbles and unbreakable parts

Pour the milk into the filtered egg liquid and stir well
6.
Filter the mixed milk and egg liquid again
7.
Put it in the steamer and put cold water in the pot
8.
Steam on high heat for 15 minutes to get out of the pot
Tips:
Steam the egg on the pot with the plastic wrap on the top of the bowl. Use a toothpick to poke a few holes. The steamed egg is very smooth and has no pores, but I don’t have confidence in the plastic wrap that can withstand high temperatures, so I omitted it.
