Milk Dragon Fruit Popsicle
1.
Prepare half of the red dragon fruit and cut into chunks for later use. The amount of fresh milk and powdered sugar are appropriate.
2.
Put the red pitaya pulp, fresh milk and powdered sugar into the cooking cup. If the red pitaya itself is very sweet or you don’t like sweets, you don’t need to add powdered sugar.
3.
Use a food processor to beat all the ingredients into a milkshake shape. Be careful not to beat them too badly. You can get the dragon fruit to taste better.
4.
Take out the popsicle mold (here I use a small popsicle mold, which is more suitable for children to wear on their fingers and eat while playing, which is interesting and not too much), and pour the beaten pulp into the mold.
5.
Insert the popsicle stick and put it in the refrigerator for freezing.
6.
Frozen popsicles can be easily demolded by pouring them around the mold with warm water for about 10 seconds.
7.
This popsicle is not only bright in color, but also tastes great!
