Milk-flavored Egg Buns

Take a large bowl and beat the eggs.

Put the pure milk in the microwave and heat it on high heat for one minute, add the white sugar while it is hot, and stir until it melts.

Pour flour into a bowl with egg mixture, then add yeast powder and baking powder.

Stir it, then pour in warm milk.

Stir it into cotton wool and pour in a little corn oil.

It can be fermented to 1 to 2 times as large as honeycomb.

Divide the dough into small balls, knead them into rounds, and then cross-cut them with a knife.

Steam in a pot over water, and steam for 10 minutes after the water is boiled. Turn off the heat and wait two minutes to open the lid.
Tips:
The cross is to have a "flowering" effect after steaming.
