Prepare sugar and jelly powder

Stir to mix with the white candy jelly powder liquid, and cool to a slightly cooler degree.

After cooling slightly, pour the jelly into the mold while it has not solidified. After it is completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Put the solidified jelly upside down on the plate
Tips:
1. The boiled jelly liquid is filtered with a mesh sieve and then poured into the jelly mold, the taste will be smoother and smoother
2. Put it in the refrigerator and refrigerate it after pouring it into the mold, don't put it in the refrigerator, otherwise it will be unpalatable
3. Regarding demolding, molds with complex patterns are difficult to demold. It is recommended to use silicone molds, but the mold itself must be dry. If it is not easy to demold, or if you are worried about it, leave it at room temperature for about 1 minute. Gently move the two sides of the mold, and then move up from the bottom to the top, the jelly will be easily released from the mold. Or use a toothpick to lightly draw a circle around the jelly in the mold and then hold the bottom of the mold with your hands to push it up.
