Milk Mango Sago

Prepare all materials.

Boil the sago first. After the water in the pot is boiled, add the sago and stir. After the water is boiled, cover the lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, the sago had become transparent around it. Stir the lumpy sago to a boil, boil the water again, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

Repeat this step again, the cooked sago is completely transparent. Sago should not be boiled for a long time, so use the method of braising. Rinse with cold water two or three times, and set aside.
