Milk Papaya Jelly

Take a clean boiling pot, put 245 grams of milk, 50 grams of sugar, and 13 grams of isinglass powder into the pot, stir on the stove over low heat until the sugar and isinglass powder are completely melted away from the fire. Don't boil. Set aside the boiled milk to cool.
