Milk Potato Cake

2 small potatoes peeled and shredded, then steamed in a pot

After being out of the pot, press it into puree

Add another egg, 2g Lanque milk, 1g salt, 10g sugar and mix well

Add 180g glutinous rice flour and knead it into small balls, then squash them one by one
5.
After flattening, sprinkle a little green onion on top of each one will make it more fragrant. If you don’t like to eat green onions, you can leave it out, and then put an appropriate amount in a pan to fry it

If you don’t have glutinous rice flour, you can use flour
