Milk Pudding (gelatin Sheet Version)

Soak the gelatine tablets in cold boiling water to soften.

Put the milk, whipped cream, and powdered sugar together in a bowl, microwave it for 1 minute until it is warm to melt the sugar.

Remove the soaked gelatine slices, drain the water, put it in a bowl, and stir until the gelatine slices are completely melted.

Blanch the pudding bottle with boiling water for later use. The pudding liquid is sieved to remove the milk foam.

Pour it into a pudding bottle, cover it, and keep it in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours before serving.
Tips:
1. Gelatine tablets should be soaked in cooked water to soften them. Put it in the refrigerator in summer and room temperature in winter.
2. Do not heat the milk too hot, which will affect the coagulation effect of the gelatine tablets.
3. The milk foam can be removed by sieving, and the finished product is more beautiful, and the trouble can be omitted.
4. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours before it is completely solidified before eating~
5. For pudding with a super tender feel, you can add 50g of milk.
