Milk Red Bean Cake

1. 300 grams of cold water to open the raw powder paste.

2. Stir evenly and sieve

3. Boil water in a pot, add sugar red beans after the water is boiled.

4. Bring to a boil again, put a little cornstarch slurry into the pot and stir evenly.

5. Pour the stirred milk syrup back into the cornstarch slurry. Add in portions and stir evenly, then add the next time.

6. After stirring, let it stand for a while. Add enough water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Pour the milk into the slurry and stir evenly.

7. Spread salad oil or corn oil on the cake pan, and pour the flour paste.

8. Steam on high heat for about 50 minutes after the water is boiled. Be careful not to boil the water in the pot and add boiling water in time.

9. After the steamed milk red bean cake, there is no moisture on the surface.
