Milk is frozen into ice. Of course you can use water. I’m frozen milk because children don’t drink milk.

Top the smoothie with condensed milk and sprinkle with honey red beans.
Tips:
The frozen box is just a few smoothies, half a bowl. It’s hot and you want to eat more, so prepare more
