Milk Scented Meal Buns

Prepare all materials

Put the milk and eggs on the bottom layer, then pour in the flour, milk powder, salt in one corner, and baking powder in the middle

Make the dough smooth, add butter and do a dough mixing procedure

Kneading to smooth expansion stage

Yeast dough to double size

Vent the dough, divide into 12 small portions, and relax for 10 minutes

Take a dough and roll it out

Fold each side as shown in the picture

Roll out the half-folded dough

Roll up from both sides to the middle

Roll it all up and put it in the baking tray

Put it in the oven for secondary fermentation, at 35°C for 30 minutes, put in a small bowl of water for moisturizing

Fermented well, sift thin flour on the surface and draw a knife

Put it in the oven at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes!
Tips:
The temperature is adjusted appropriately according to the temperature of my oven. I use a bread machine to knead the noodles, or I can do it by hand or a cook machine!
