Milk Soup and Fish Soup
1.
The fish is washed and deboned to remove the meat. Fish bones are ready for use.
2.
Steam the fish and break it into garlic cloves by hand.
3.
Shred the white radish, cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into large pieces.
4.
Beat two eggs.
5.
Put the fish in and shake well, add a small amount of salt and pepper.
6.
Put oil in the pot.
7.
Add the fish and fry it slightly.
8.
Boil the fish bones in boiling water.
9.
Boil into milk soup for later use.
10.
Add the soup to the pot and season with salt and pepper. Add blanched shredded white radish.
11.
Add the mixed fish and egg mixture to the pot and stir gently. After it has basically solidified, add water starch to thicken until slightly thick.
12.
Add salt to taste and put in a bowl. Add a little enoki mushroom and coriander to garnish (pure ingredients, if you don't have it, you can skip it). Add a few drops of sesame oil. If you like spicy food, you can add a small amount of chili oil.
