Milk Stew

All materials.

The eggs are broken up and the milk is poured into the container.

Add the caster sugar to the egg mixture, stir well, and let stand for 3 minutes.

Strain the egg liquid into a small bowl.

The filtered egg liquid.

Add the milk to the egg mixture, stir in the same direction, and let stand for 3 minutes.

Filter the mixture of egg and milk into a small bowl again.

Filter the mixture of egg and milk into a small bowl again.

Filter the mixture of egg and milk into a small bowl again.

Cover the small bowl with plastic wrap, pierce a few small holes in the plastic wrap with a toothpick, and cook it in cold water. After the water is boiled, steam on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Place a few raisins for decoration. Figure 1 of the finished product.

Tips:
The steaming time is adjusted according to the size of the container, so as not to be unfamiliar or too old. My three containers are smaller than the small bowls I usually eat.
