Milk Stew

1. Prepare the materials. Mainly, I just bought a dozen yogurt cups online. They look pretty, so they are used to hold stewed eggs and the same bowls are used.

2. Half of the 250ml pure milk is poured into a small pot with sugar, and the other half is kept for later use. The amount of sugar depends on each person's taste. I like to eat sweeter ones and add a little more, but my taste is lighter and I put less.

3. Put it on the stove and let the sugar dissolve fully. I don’t need too much heat. I put granulated sugar, which can dissolve in the milk with a little warm sugar. Set aside

4. Use another pot of eggs to break up, then pour the remaining half box of milk into it and mix evenly

5. Then pour the milk with the sugar added into it, and continue to mix evenly.

6. Use a screen to pass the residue, two or three times, to make the egg taste smoother.

7. Pour the yogurt into the cup and wrap it with plastic wrap.

8. After the water is boiled, steam for ten minutes in a low heat, turn off the heat, do not open the lid, let the hot water in it soak for about ten minutes before opening.

9. The finished product is very smooth and tender! You can eat it hot, cover it and put it in the refrigerator, or eat it cold! !

Tips:

1. Put the sugar in half a box of milk and cook it first to fully dissolve the sugar. If you omit this step and mix the sugar and milk directly, the sugar will not be fully dissolved. In many cases, the steamed product will have uneven sugar content. The bottom part will be sweeter, and the top part will be less sweet.
2. After straining with a net two or three times, the stewed eggs are smooth enough.
