Start to stew the next day. Cut the fish maw into strips, remove the pits of the red dates, put them in the stewing pot together, add an appropriate amount of water (preferably just after the fish maw), press the stew cup button, I simmered it for about an hour and a half. Then add milk.

Add about 250 ml of milk, continue to simmer for about half an hour, and then you can start the pot.
