Milk Tea Ice Cream

Prepare the ingredients and soak the tea in water.

Separate the egg yolk and add sugar.

Whisk until white.

Heat the milk in the pot.

Slowly add the heated milk and tea to the egg yolk paste, stirring while adding.

After stirring well, add it to the pot and boil.

Pour it into a glass container, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator, stirring every hour.
8.
Dig the ball and drizzle with brown sugar pearl sauce.
