Milk Watermelon Pudding

Soak the gelatine tablets in water to soften.

Pour milk into the pot, add sugar, and boil slightly.

Add 10g gelatin slices, stir until melted, and let cool.

Pour 1/3 into the cup.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator until set.

The watermelon is squeezed into juice and the meat residue is filtered out.

Add the remaining 10g gelatin tablets.

Stir the insulated water until it melts.

Let it cool and pour it into the curdled milk glass.

Put it in the refrigerator again and refrigerate until set.
