Milky Mung Bean Popsicles
1.
Prepare ingredients
2.
Wash the mung beans in advance and soak for 4 hours, so that the mung beans will be easier to cook~
3.
Put the mung beans and water in the pot at a ratio of 1:3, and cook the beans for about 30 minutes. The beans will be ripe and bloom. Then add sugar or rock sugar to taste. It can be noted here that although the boiled mung beans have a sweet taste, the frozen popsicles are not sweet at all! You can put more sugar here~
4.
Add 20g glutinous rice flour to make mung bean popsicles taste better!
5.
Add 2 scoops of milk powder, and the milk flavor depends on it!
6.
Just boil it to the point where it is sticky and bean-like
7.
After cooling, pour into the prepared mold, close the lid, and freeze for 4 hours!
