Milky Rice Toast

Let the rice cool and set aside.

Add other ingredients except butter. (Different air humidity will cause the water absorption of flour to be different; the moisture content of rice will also be different, so add it according to the actual situation!)

Mix the dough for 15-18 minutes. (Have you seen the rice particles? It's so obvious now.)

Add the diced butter. (The butter is taken out from the freezer in advance, diced and softened)

Turn on the standard bread mode, and the kneading is over.

Use a knife to cut a small piece of dough, and gently pull it open, you can see a thin film, tough, gently pierced, the edges are regular and smooth. It shows that the kneading is in place and in complete condition.

When the machine is working until the first shot is completed, the machine is suspended. (The machine pause setting is 15 minutes. If the shaping cannot be completed, just press it again.) Take out the dough, put it on the operating table, and press it with a rolling pin to expel the air.

Divide the dough into two equal parts and round.

Take a piece of dough and roll it out into an oval cake.

Roll up. (It should be tight when rolling, otherwise it will easily cause big holes, just like in my picture)

Relax for a while and roll out the rectangle again.

Put the rolled bread rolls into the bread bucket, cancel the pause, and continue working.

The second fermentation until the bread is sent to the bread bucket 8 minutes full. (I’m cold here and I have extended it for another 15 minutes (a timeout). It is recommended that 8 minutes be full.) Brush the surface with egg wash.

Sprinkle almond slices to decorate.

Finish baking. (The baking time can be determined according to the coloring situation of the machine, but not too far in advance to prevent it from being unripe.) Immediately put the bread from the bucket everywhere and put it on the net to cool. After cooling, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and keep it at room temperature.
Tips:
1. The rice is moderately hard and soft, and the new rice is better than leftover rice.
2. Due to the different thickness of the rice, the liquid addition will be slightly different. This is for reference only. Mine is freshly steamed rice with moderate hardness and distinct grains!
3. The program that comes with the machine is 25 minutes, and the time for my machine to knead to the full state is 40 minutes, so I choose to knead the dough 15 minutes in advance. The time to make a face depends on the personal machine!
4. Standard bread program, pause during the middle shaping, if there is no pause function, it is said that you can unplug the power, the machine has its own memory function, but please read the manual first!
5. It is advisable to start baking the second bread until it is 8 minutes full. The temperature is low, so I paused for 15 minutes to wait for him. The temperature is low in your place, so you can use this method.
