Tips:
1. Purple potato powder can be replaced with other flavored powders, or directly replaced with the same amount of high powder
2. The liquid is adjusted according to the season. If the dough is very wet, add some high powder, but not too much, otherwise the skin will be very hard
3. Yeast and salt should be placed in different holes. Putting them together directly will reduce the activity of yeast.
4. Use high-gluten flour for flour and instant yeast powder for yeast
5. I use a PE9600WT bread machine. When you use other bread machines, please pay attention to appropriate adjustments.
