Milky Souffle

Separate the egg white and the yolk.

Pour the formula milk into the egg yolk and stir well.

Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

Drop the egg white into the lemon.

Add the sugar in three portions and beat the egg whites.

Scoop one-third of the meringue into the egg yolk paste.

Pour the mixed egg yolk paste into the remaining meringue.

Brush oil over low heat.
