Milky Yam Mud

Prepared yam.

Wash and peel the yam, put it in a steamer, and steam for 40 minutes on high heat

Put the steamed yam in a fresh-keeping bag.

Use a rolling pin to crush it to make a mud.

The crushed yam is placed on a cutting board and mixed with strawberry-flavored condensed milk.

Mix the mashed yam into the desired shape one by one using the prepared mold.

Use molds to make models and place them on the plate.

Sprinkle the prepared condensed milk, blueberry sauce, and crushed black sesame seeds on each of the small models.
