Millet Hair Cake

First, weigh out the white granulated sugar for use instead of powdered sugar.

Pour 400 grams of warm water in a bowl of white sugar and stir to melt.

Sift the millet flour and baking powder into the melted sugar water.

Stir thoroughly to form a batter, without particles or dry powder, add raisins and mix well.

Take out the retort of the Qiaoke rice cooker, spread a piece of silicone oil paper and pour the batter.

Fill the inner pot of the rice cooker with a proper amount of water, and put the retort into it. The water must not reach the bottom of the retort.
7.
Start the rice cooker, click Nutritional Steam, it will be out of the pot after about 20 minutes of steaming.
