Minced Garlic Noodles

Chop the lean meat into minced meat, marinate it with a little salt, light soy sauce, and cooking wine. Dice the onion, tomatoes, and green peppers for later use.

Prepare 500 grams of noodles, preferably hand-rolled noodles are more chewy.

Beat 1-2 eggs, add some salt and cooking wine and stir well.

Put some minced garlic and shallots in the pan to get a fragrant aroma, add 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and stir fry for a while, first add the lean meat and stir fry until the color changes, then add green peppers, onions and diced tomatoes and stir fry together.

Add a small bowl of boiling water, sprinkle a little salt, sugar, 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce, 2 teaspoons of cooking wine, add 3 teaspoons of vinegar, 1 teaspoon of chicken essence and mix well after boiling. Turn off the heat and cook, and the toppings and condiments are ready.
