Minced Meat and Shiitake Mushrooms
1.
Prepare all the ingredients in advance and talk about it: dried shiitake mushrooms are better for shiitake mushrooms, which have a better fragrance
2.
Soak dried shiitake mushrooms in clean water for a while, then remove and drain the water and chop finely
3.
Pour clean water into a pot and bring to a boil, put shiitake mushrooms in boiling water to blanch
4.
Remove the blanched shiitake mushrooms and drain the water
5.
Finely chop red and green peppers; cut green onions into flowers and set aside
6.
Heat the pan on a high fire, and stir-fry the chopped shiitake mushrooms after blanching water. Do not add oil when sautéing, and add oil after the water is dry.
7.
After the shiitake mushrooms are fragrant, add a little oil, saute the ginger and garlic into the pan, pour in the minced meat and fry together. The purpose of adding a small amount of oil is to prevent the minced meat from sticking to the pan, but not too much.
8.
Mix the minced pork and shiitake mushrooms and stir-fry well
9.
Pour in chopped green and red peppers and stir fry. Pour black pepper sauce and salt to taste just before serving
10.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving
11.
The finished product is out of the oven, just a plate of minced meat with shiitake mushrooms and rice.
