Minced Spinach

Wash spinach and cut into inch sections, blanch it, remove cold water, and dry

Meat is cut into minced meat, just like dumpling stuffing. Any kind of meat is acceptable, but pork belly is best.

Chop garlic and mince, add a little vegetable oil to the wok and turn on a low heat, add minced garlic, stir fry and change color

Change to medium heat, add minced meat, stir fry, and stir-fry.

Add spinach, salt and monosodium glutamate and other seasonings, stir fry evenly. Take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
Spinach must be blanched to get rid of oxalic acid. Too cold water can keep the color emerald green.
