Mini Cherry Candied Fruit
1.
Wash the cherries and let them dry.
2.
Use the end of a toothpick to push out the cherry seeds (more troublesome), and use three toothpicks to make a bunch of them.
3.
Boil the syrup, put the same amount of rock sugar and water in the pot, first boil the sugar on a high fire, and then slowly boil it on a low fire until it becomes thick and syrupy.
4.
Put the cherry skewers into the syrup evenly, or use a spoon to scoop them up and evenly drizzle them, quickly pick them up and place them on a greased plate to let cool.
Tips:
1. The cherry seeds are more difficult to pick up. I use a toothpick to help them out. If you eat it for a child, you must remove the core! 2. When the sticky candy is moving fast, be careful not to burn it. 3. Be sure to put some oil on the plate with sticky sugar skewers, otherwise it will stick very firmly~! 4. Not suitable for children who are too small to eat, or eat under the supervision of adults.
