I like to eat lamb skewers, but I am afraid that it is not hygienic to sell outside, and it may not be real lamb. You should buy lamb and cook it at home. Although it lacks the tune of the food stall, you can eat real lamb with confidence. You can eat it while watching TV. The lamb skewers are also good! I don’t have bamboo skewers at home, so I string them together with toothpicks to make a mini version, one bite at a time!

Mini Toothpick Lamb Skewers

1. Lamb washed and dried to control moisture

2. Cut into thin strips

3. Put in cooking wine, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, chili powder, pepper, fennel seeds, cumin powder. (If you don’t like spicy food, don’t put chili powder)

4. Add a little vegetable oil and mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours

5. Use a toothpick to skew the lamb and place it on the grill

6. Preheat the oven at 220 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes. (When roasting for 10 minutes, take it out and brush it with a layer of vegetable oil, sprinkle a little cumin powder and chili powder, and continue roasting for 5 minutes)

Tips:

1. After adding the seasoning to the lamb, marinate for a while to make it more delicious.
2. The oven temperature and baking time are adjusted according to your own oven.
