Mini Toothpick Lamb Skewers

Lamb washed and dried to control moisture

Cut into thin strips

Put in cooking wine, salt, vinegar, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper, chili powder, pepper, fennel seeds, cumin powder. (If you don’t like spicy food, don’t put chili powder)

Add a little vegetable oil and mix well and marinate for more than 2 hours

Use a toothpick to skew the lamb and place it on the grill

Preheat the oven at 220 degrees, and bake the middle layer for 15 minutes. (When roasting for 10 minutes, take it out and brush it with a layer of vegetable oil, sprinkle a little cumin powder and chili powder, and continue roasting for 5 minutes)
Tips:
