Mini Wontons

The shrimp is peeled and removed, and the tenderloin is washed and water controlled.

Cut them into cubes and chop the stuffing, the thinner the better.

Chop the green onion and ginger into small pieces and brew with a small amount of boiling water to make green onion and ginger water. Let cool for later
