Minimal Congee with Preserved Egg and Lean Pork

Wash the rice and put it in a pot to cook, and boil it into rice porridge

Wash the lean meat, cut into minced meat, add salt, cooking wine, and pepper to marinate. (stand-by)

Celery cut into granules (standby)

Cut preserved eggs into small pieces (standby)

After the rice is boiled into rice porridge, pour the marinated lean minced pork and celery into the porridge and cook together for about 5-10 minutes. Add preserved eggs, appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, very fresh flavor and a few drops of sesame oil to taste.
Tips:
I forgot to buy the green onion and ginger, so I used the existing celery instead. If there is green onion and ginger, it is best to add onion ginger instead of celery. If you like to eat celery, you can add it together~ (put ginger and celery lean meat together and cook for 5-10 minutes, sprinkle the chopped green onion when the seasoning is added)
