Mint Egg Pie

Prepare the ingredients.

Remove the thick stalks of mint, take the young leaves, wash and chop.
3.
Knock the eggs into the flour.
4.
Add some salt.
5.
Add water, stir well, and avoid small gnocchi.

Add mint leaves and stir well.
7.
Add some black sesame seeds and stir well.
8.
Take a pan, heat the oil, and add the batter.

Fry on both sides until golden brown on medium heat.
Tips:
1. Don't need too much seasoning, otherwise it will cover the mint fragrance.
2. No black sesame seeds can be left.
3. Fry over medium and small fire.
