Mint Omelette
1.
Find a piece of wild mint and pick it back.
2.
Then select a few tender leaves at the top of the mint.
3.
Soak the mint leaves in water for a few minutes before washing, drain the water and chop.
4.
Put chopped mint in the bowl, beat in an egg, add salt, if you have seasoning, you can add a little chicken essence.
5.
Break up the eggs in the bowl, as shown in the figure, heat the pan and release the oil. After the oil is hot, pour the beaten eggs into the pan.
6.
Fry the eggs until golden on both sides on a low fire, and a delicious mint omelette is ready. I hope everyone will like it. Have you learned it? Give it a try as soon as possible. Tips:
1. Do not add too much seasoning to this dish, or it will cover up the original aroma of mint.
2. A large amount of peppermint can cause insomnia, but a small dose can help sleep.
