Miscellaneous Grains and Red Dates Wowotou

The yeast is melted with warm water, and the sweet osmanthus is ready

Millet noodles, corn noodles, white noodles, put in sweet-scented osmanthus

Add the yeast water and stir it and make a dough

Hair is good in about 1 hour, and the surface of the dough is cracked

Cut the jujube meat and chop it

Don’t need a chopping board, soak your hands, pull off a piece of dough and reunite it into a nest-like shape. The size is customizable. The bigger one is longer, the steaming time is longer, and vice versa.

Put the prepared Wowotou directly into the steamer. The steamer needs to boil water in advance. When the water is boiled, it is almost done. Steam for about 15 minutes, and simmer for 5 minutes before boiling.
Tips:
It is recommended that Wowotou should not be too big, small, cute, not very thick, and delicious.
The amount of dates can be controlled by yourself, more or less will do, I used 6 large red dates.
