Cooked multigrain porridge.

Put the food processor to make a paste.

Add appropriate amount of flour and yeast to form a smooth dough, and ferment to twice its original size.

The fermented dough is kneaded into a smooth dough, rolled into long strips, and cut into small steamed buns of uniform size.
