Seaweed Soup

The buckwheat head is peeled and washed, and the kelp is soaked

Boil the ribs and rinse well
3.
Add appropriate amount of water to the soup pot, add the blanched ribs, ginger slices, and peppercorns

Then put in the seaweed shreds, after the fire is boiled, the floating powder is removed

Bring to a boil and cover, turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour
6.
After 1 hour, pour the bitter lotus and continue to simmer for an hour until the meat is soft
7.
Add salt to the pot for 2 minutes
Tips:
1. Simmering at low heat can make the soup more nutritious;
2. The ribs should be blanched to make the soup clear.
