Very tasty soup, rich in nutrients, variety of vegetables and great taste.

Ingredients

Miso Soup

1. Wash the kelp strips and cut into sections, wash and slice the squash, peel and slice carrots, wash and chop radish tassels.

2. Peel potatoes, wash and slice.

3. Cut the tofu into small pieces.

4. Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them.

5. Prepare the miso.

6. Add water to the pot and simmer.

7. After the water is boiled, add the soybean paste and stir well.

8. Add potatoes.

9. Add carrots.

10. Add radish sprouts.

11. Add kelp.

12. Add tofu.

13. Finally add the horned melon.

14. Add some beef noodles.

15. Add enoki mushrooms and cook, just add some salt.

Tips:

When adding ingredients, add the hard to cook first, and then add the easy to cook.
