This is a lazy soup. You don’t need to season it yourself. It is made with miso ramen soup. "

Miso Spinach Soup

1. Prepare materials;

2. The spinach is cleaned, washed, and cut into small pieces;

3. Put an appropriate amount of water in a small pot;

4. When the water starts to bubble, add the bonito flakes;

5. After boiling, cook for a while, remove the bonito flakes and discard;

6. Add spinach;

7. Put a bag of miso ramen seasoning;

8. After boiling, pour in the beaten eggs;

9. Bring to a boil again, and the egg liquid will float.

Tips:

Very simple, no other condiments, just use bonito flakes to hang the soup base.
