Miso Tofu Soup
1.
Miso, a Japanese bean noodle paste.
2.
Tender kelp teeth, diced tofu, chopped green onion.
3.
This soup is basically "pot-washing soup." After the other dishes are cooked, if the previous dish is not burnt or does not have a strong taste, just add some water and bring to a boil. Add tender kelp teeth and diced tofu.
4.
After boiling again, add chopped green onion and turn off the heat. Put a spoonful of miso on the spatula, scoop some soup, add it to the soup and mix well.
Tips:
Miso is salty, so there is basically no need to add salt.
