Kitchen~
A place that can reflect the happiness index and quality of life of the family~
Happy families ~ lively and colorful ~ but unfortunate families are mostly cold pots and stoves ~ no smell of human fireworks~
I love to cook~ I also ask Godfather Qiqi to bring lunch with porridge~
Many people think it’s so shabby to bring a bento~ I never figured it out~ Why is it~ Because bento is a leftover overnight dish~
But I have an almost harsh attachment to it~
I'm used to it when I'm in the boudoir~ Tomorrow's bento must not be tonight's dish~ It must be made again~
It’s fun to make a bento every time~ instead of completing one thing~ a task~ it is very happy for me to be able to make different bento every day~
Today I will introduce the baby tonkatsu~
This tonkatsu has a special seasoning~ it is seasoned with miso~ it is paired with katsuobushi udon noodles~ is it great inside~"

Miso Tonkatsu without Yellow Spicy Soy Sauce

1. Wash pork chops and drain

2. Pat loose with the back of the knife

3. Put in a pinch of starch, 2 spoons of miso sauce, green onion, ginger, cooking wine~ Grab it with your hands~ Marinate for three hours

4. Don't use chopsticks to mix ~ miso is not easy to mix well

5. Keep the unfinished bread in the refrigerator~ then chop it into pieces

6. The finer the better

7. Put the marinated pig in the bread crumbs~ Press the bread crumbs on both sides

8. In the latter step, you can slowly deep-fry the pork chops over a low fire~ Remember to add the green onions before deep-frying~ Fry both sides until golden brown.
