Miso Tonkatsu without Yellow Spicy Soy Sauce

Wash pork chops and drain

Pat loose with the back of the knife

Put in a pinch of starch, 2 spoons of miso sauce, green onion, ginger, cooking wine~ Grab it with your hands~ Marinate for three hours

Don't use chopsticks to mix ~ miso is not easy to mix well

Keep the unfinished bread in the refrigerator~ then chop it into pieces

The finer the better

Put the marinated pig in the bread crumbs~ Press the bread crumbs on both sides

In the latter step, you can slowly deep-fry the pork chops over a low fire~ Remember to add the green onions before deep-frying~ Fry both sides until golden brown.
