Mix Watermelon Rind

Remove the outer crust of the watermelon rind, cut into thin slices, add salt and stir well.

Squeeze out the soup and set aside.
3.
Chop the smashed pieces.

Add garlic, salt and chicken vinegar to the watermelon peel
5.
Put oil in the pot and saute the pepper and chili.
6.
Pour the chili oil into the watermelon rind while it is hot and stir well.
