Mixed Almonds

Remove the almonds.

Blanch the almonds, put them in a pot and boil them.

Peel the skin while it's hot, tear the skin a little, and just squeeze it.

Soak in clean water, change the water twice a day, soak for about a week to remove toxicity.
5.
Peel and dice cucumber.
6.
Wash almonds and control water.
7.
Add the diced cucumber to the soy sauce and mix well.

Tips:
You can also leave out the cucumber and add a bit of soy sauce to it, which is delicious.
