Mixed Black Fungus

All kinds of raw materials. Soak the black fungus in cold water in advance.

Soak the black fungus, remove the debris, tear the small flowers, and blanch it in the pot.

After blanching, remove, drain and set aside.

Cut the onion into small pieces.

Put in a bowl, sprinkle a little bit of salt, and marinate for 15 minutes.

Chopped coriander and garlic, homemade chopped chili, take out appropriate amount and set aside.

Take a deep basin, pour the drained black fungus, sprinkle a little salt and mix well.

Take another pot, heat the pot with cold oil and add the minced garlic, chop the chili, stir fry on a low heat and turn off the heat.

Pour into the black fungus bowl.

Add the onion, balsamic vinegar, sugar, salt, chili oil, and coriander to squeeze out the excess water in sequence.

Mix well and put it on a plate.
Tips:
1: If the dried black fungus is used urgently, it can be soaked in boiling water, and the relative time can be shortened a lot.
2: The onion is too spicy, so pickle it with salt for a while; if acceptable, cancel this step.
