Mixed Lettuce

Prepare soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, chopped pepper, garlic and other ingredients.

Crush the garlic with the back of a knife.

Put the patted garlic into the prepared small bowl, add light soy sauce and vinegar and marinate for ten minutes (the longer the time, the more fragrant the sauce will be).

Wash and break the lettuce in the middle and place it in a large pot.

Add chopped pepper, marinated sauce and sesame oil, and mix well.

Plate.
Tips:
1. You can also add a spoonful of sugar to improve freshness. I don't like sweetness, so I didn't add it.
2. It is best to try the salty and sour taste after the first mixing and add light soy sauce and vinegar according to your own taste.
